2. 웹사이트 방문자
이 웹사이트는 회원가입이나 문의 폼 같은 별도의 방문자 정보 수집 절차를 운영하지 않습니다. 문의는 이메일로만 받으며, 보내주신 이메일 내용은 문의 응대 목적으로만 사용하고 그 밖의 용도로 쓰지 않습니다.
이 웹사이트는 방문자를 추적하는 애널리틱스 도구나 광고·추적 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 호스팅 인프라(Cloudflare)가 서비스 운영을 위해 자체적으로 남기는 기술적 접속 로그 외에, 회사가 별도로 방문자 데이터를 수집·분석하지 않습니다.
3. YouTube API Services 이용
회사는 자체 소유 유튜브 채널 "AI 직원들 (with qmlab)"을 운영하기 위해 내부 도구에서 YouTube API Services를 사용합니다. 이 도구는 외부에 배포되지 않는 내부 전용 CLI이며, 다음 목적에 한해서만 사용합니다.
- 회사가 제작한 영상을 자체 채널에 업로드
- 재생목록 정리
- 영상 썸네일 설정
- (예정) 자체 영상에 달린 공개 댓글 확인 및 답글 게시
제3자 사용자는 이 도구를 통해 회사의 유튜브 계정에 접근하지 않으며, 회사는 제3자 사용자의 데이터를 수집·저장·판매하지 않습니다. 인증에 사용하는 OAuth 토큰은 회사가 소유한 유튜브 계정의 것만 로컬 환경에 보관합니다.
이 서비스를 이용함으로써 회사는 YouTube 이용약관에 동의하고 이를 준수합니다. Google이 정보를 어떻게 수집·이용하는지는 Google 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
데이터 취급·보존·삭제
- 인증 토큰: 회사가 소유한 유튜브 계정에 대한 접근 토큰만 보관하며, 제3자 사용자의 토큰은 수집하지 않습니다.
- 댓글 데이터: 자체 영상에 달린 공개 댓글을 API로 읽고 답글을 게시할 수 있습니다. 운영 목적으로 일시 처리한 댓글 데이터는 30일 이내에 삭제합니다.
- 삭제 요청: 본인과 관련된 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 qmlab.kr@gmail.com으로 요청해 주세요.
- 권한 철회: Google 계정 보안 설정에서 언제든지 회사 앱에 부여한 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
4. 변경 및 시행일
이 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 7월 11일부터 적용됩니다. 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 갱신된 내용을 게시합니다.

1. General
QM Lab ("we", "us", "the Company") does not collect personal information as a general rule. Any exceptions to this are described in the sections below, together with their exact scope and purpose.
2. Website Visitors
This website does not run any visitor-information collection process such as account registration or a contact form. We receive inquiries by email only, and any content sent to us by email is used solely to respond to that inquiry, for no other purpose.
This website does not use analytics tools or advertising/tracking cookies to track visitors. Aside from the standard technical access logs that our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) generates to operate the service, we do not separately collect or analyze visitor data.
3. Use of YouTube API Services
We use YouTube API Services in an internal tool to operate our own, self-owned YouTube channel, "AI 직원들 (with qmlab)". This tool is an internal-only command-line tool that is not distributed externally, and it is used solely for the following purposes.
- Uploading videos we produce to our own channel
- Organizing videos into playlists
- Setting video thumbnails
- (Planned) Reading public comments on our own videos and posting replies
No third-party user accesses our YouTube account through this tool, and we do not collect, store, or sell any third-party user data. The OAuth token used for authentication is stored locally and belongs only to the YouTube account we own.
By using this service, we agree to and comply with the YouTube Terms of Service. You can review how Google collects and uses information in the Google Privacy Policy.
Data Handling, Retention, and Deletion
- Authentication tokens: We store only the access token for the YouTube account we own; we do not collect tokens belonging to third-party users.
- Comment data: We may read public comments on our own videos via the API and post replies. Any comment data temporarily processed for this operational purpose is deleted within 30 days.
- Deletion requests: If you would like data related to you deleted, please send a request to qmlab.kr@gmail.com.
- Revoking access: You can revoke our app's access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
4. Changes and Effective Date
This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 11, 2026. If the content changes, an updated version will be posted on this page.
